The Courageous Cook has decided to make a career change from web development to culinary arts, and you can read along through all of her trials, tribulations and culinary escapades.
Making the Change
After working as a web developer for over a year, I’ve realized my passion lies in the culinary arts. I will begin classes on November 9th, 2009 at Texas Culinary Academy, a Le Cordon Bleu school in Austin, Tx. Read about my adventures in culinary school, my hunt for a job in a kitchen and how things unfold at my current place of employment.
What You’ll Get
These are my stories starting just before I begin classes at TCA and extending at least until graduation. You’ll frequently see recipes in addition to a story, all of which are original unless otherwise noted (otherwise noted will usually be my mom’s) and usually quite delicious. Please feel free to try out any recipe and let me know what you think.
