		<description>I wish I had found your blog a few days ago - we just did the speed drill and I winged my carrots, because we never made them before that night! LOL  I did pretty well on the drill walking out with a 95!  I have Chef Banks and Chef Macry for Garde Manger.

I started May 17 at LCB and graduate Dec 17...I&#039;m also in the Cert program. I&#039;m in the process of searching for my externship - fun times!</description>

		<description>Honestly, I just write about what&#039;s going on in my life at the moment and the food that I&#039;m cooking right then. I know some food bloggers have a back log of recipes with photos; things they&#039;ve already cooked and can just post when they need to. But the food that I make usually has something to do with my every day life, so I think the appropriate story should be posted with the corresponding recipe.
